JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo mourns the late wife of the Minister of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) Yasonna Laoly, Elisye W. Ketaren, at the Sentosa Funeral Home, Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital, Jakarta.

Based on a press release received from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat in Jakarta, Thursday night, the President arrived at the funeral home at 19.15 WIB.

The President's arrival was greeted directly by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna Laoly. After entering the funeral home, the President then saw the body of the wife of the Minister of Law and Human Rights while praying for her.

Along with the President, the former chairman of the DPD Oesman Sapta Odang also mourned.

After about 25 minutes of mourning, President Jokowi then left the funeral home.

The wife of Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly, Elisye W. Ketaren, died at Medistra Hospital, South Jakarta, at around 15.25 WIB. The deceased left four children and six grandchildren.

The plan is that the deceased will be buried in San Diego Hills, Karawang, on Saturday, June 12.
