Police Reveal, Building Owners Are Not Terra Drone Business Owners, Two Different People

Central Jakarta Metro Police conducted an examination of 7 witnesses related to the deadly fire that occurred at the Terra Drone Indonesia building on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

"So since yesterday, in parallel, we conducted investigations and investigations. There were 7 witnesses who were examined, consisting of 6 employees and 1 local resident," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro to reporters at the location.

The results of police investigations, building owners and business owners are 2 different people.

"We will explore how long it has been operating. Today we will check from management whether it has been calculated regarding the risks of this business," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Acting Head of Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Mulandono, said that the Terra Drone Indonesia building that caught fire in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, was not equipped with a fire prevention system in buildings such as springkler, smoke detectors to evacuation routes.

"The building is not equipped with an early fire prevention system. And the building has never been examined by the Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Pusa," he said when confirmed, Wednesday, December 10.
