Police Arrest 11 Students In Tanjung Priok Bring Hard Water And Celurit

JAKARTA - The Precision Pioneer Patrol Team (TPPP) of the North Jakarta Metro Police arrested 11 students for carrying chemical liquids suspected of being hard water and sharp weapons in the Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta.

The arrests were made after the Head of TPPP, Ipda Ciptadi received a report from the 110 emergency service regarding a group of motorcyclists passing on Jalan RE Martadinata while carrying dangerous objects.

When intensive patrols were carried out, officers found the group in the Jalan Inspeksi Kali Sunter area, Tanjung Priok.

"The results of the investigation at the location revealed that there were a number of sharp weapons, a golf club, and a bottle of liquid suspected of being hard water," he said, Friday, November 21, 2025.

The students were then taken to the North Jakarta Metro Police for further investigation.

The evidence confiscated were 15 motorbikes, 9 sharp weapons, 1 chemical liquid bitor suspected of being hard water and golf clubs.

"They are between 15 and 19 years old, from a number of areas in Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, and East Jakarta," he said.

The perpetrator was then handed over to the Tanjung Priok Police for further investigation.

"The public is advised to continue to report activities that have the potential to endanger environmental security through service 110," he said.
