DAK 2025 In Kaltara Rp139 Billion, Physical Realization Reaches 80 Percent In Quarter III

TANJUNG SELOR - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) continues to tighten supervision of the implementation of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) for the 2025 fiscal year.

Head of the Regional Planning and Development Control Study Division of Bappeda and Litbang Kaltara, Sriwati revealed that until the third quarter, the physical realization of DAK in Kaltara had reached 80 percent and was targeted to touch 100 percent by the end of the year with a total value of 2025 DAK in Kaltara reaching Rp139 billion, focused on the education, health and community empowerment sectors.

"We routinely monitor and evaluate (monev) to ensure that the program runs according to the schedule and technical provisions. Every quarter we hold cross-sector evaluation meetings," said Sriwati, Thursday, October 16.

"But if the field achievement is not significant, the evaluation can be postponed until the regional apparatus report is ready. The goal is to make the monev results more accurate and data-based," he said.

He explained that DAK reporting was carried out through the application of the technical ministries of each OPD, such as the Health Office which reported to the Ministry of Health. This mechanism makes the recapitulation of total realization requires solid cross-sector coordination.

"Based on the data collected, the Education Office recorded the highest realization thanks to the acceleration of the procurement of props and SMA'S practice equipment," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Health Office and the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPA) are preparing socialization activities in October November which is expected to boost budget absorption.

"Supervision is carried out in stages to ensure the effectiveness and accountability of budget use. We want to make sure DAK is not only administratively absorbed, but really provides benefits to the community," he concluded.
