The Public Prosecutor charged Nikita Mirzani and his assistant, Ismail Marzuki with Article 45 paragraph 10 letter A and Article 27B Paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, as amended in Law no. 1 of 2024, as well as Article 3 of Law no. 8 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering, which is associated with Article 55 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
