TANGERANG - 30 km long bamboo storage stretches from Pakuhaji to Pulau Berhitung, Kronjo, in the sea of Tangerang Regency. This also has an impact on natural ecosystems and water flow, making it difficult for fishermen to find fish.

According to VOI monitoring from Pulau Berhitung, Thursday afternoon, January 9, at 15.25 WIB, 6 meters high bamboo can be seen forming a fence in the sea of Tangerang Regency.

There is also a fence that is formed like a bridge made of wood wrapped in black and can be stepped on.

Udin, one of the Tangerang sea fishermen, admitted that he saw the bamboo fences in November 2024. He said the fence was made by dozens of people. However, at that time Udin could only see and could not do anything.

What makes dozens of people exist. But there are no police with the TNI. Just look at it. What to do is be confused," said Udin when met at the location, Thursday, January 9.

Udin admitted that he was disturbed by the existence of a bamboo fence on Pulau Berhitung.

"So it's difficult, when we put the net into a net, it becomes difficult," he said.
