Reflecting On The Global Situation, Prabowo Accepts Japanese Delegation: RI Wants To Be Friendly With All

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that Indonesia wants to be friendly with all countries, without taking sides, because one enemy is too many.

This was conveyed by the Prabowo resident when he received the Jakarta Japan Club delegation at the State Palace, Jakarta, Friday, December 6.

"The global situation is full of uncertainty. And that's why Indonesia wants to be friends with all. We, traditionally, don't take sides. We are friends with all. Our philosophy is that a thousand friends are too few, one enemy is too many," said Prabowo, quoted by Antara.

Prabowo stated firmly that Indonesia welcomes with open arms all countries that want to be friendly.

The Head of State is optimistic that with the resources that Indonesia has, and all its potential, the government will achieve the targets that have been set.

According to the President, the government must think smartly, work hard to achieve the desired results for the welfare of the people.

"Our people want quick results. We are very optimistic. We will go very fast. We will achieve a high target. We will prove to everyone that Indonesia can," said Prabowo.

In addition to mentioning Indonesia's position, which does not want to side with certain state blocks, Prabowo also appreciated the cooperation between the team and the ministers in the Red and White Cabinet, which had only been formed for 47 days.

During that period, the President felt a good atmosphere in the cabinet he led and most importantly the ministers instilled enthusiasm in serving the people.

"The most important thing is to serve the people, clean government, efficient bureaucracy, ambitious ideals, brave planning, brave enough to face problems, dare to face obstacles, dare to solve problems, find solutions, and work quickly," said the President.
