Only 58 Percent Of Prabowo's Cabinet Members Report Wealth To The KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that only 58 percent of members of the Red and White Cabinet had submitted state administrators' wealth reports (LHKPN). Only 72 out of 124 are required to report carrying out their obligations as of December 3.

"Overall, of the total 124 required reports from the Red and White Cabinet, 72 have submitted their LHKPN and 52 have not reported yet. This means that 58 percent of the Red and White Cabinet have reported," said KPK Spokesperson Team Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Wednesday, December 4.

Budi detailed that 36 of the total 52 ministers/head of the ministerial-level institution had reported their wealth. Meanwhile, 16 others have not submitted it to the anti-corruption commission.

"Then from the 57 deputy ministers/deputies of heads of institutions at the ministerial level, 30 have submitted LHKPN while 27 have not," he said.

Finally, 9 of the 15 special envoys / special health / special staff have not carried out their obligations as state administrators. One of them is the Special Envoy of the President for Religious Harmony and Development of Religious Facilities Miftah Maulana Habiburrahman or Gus Miftah.

The remaining six people have reported their wealth. "The data includes mandatory reports that have submitted periodic LHKPN submitted in 2024," said Budi.

"KPK expresses its appreciation to the obliged to report those who have complied with the LHKPN and appealed to those who have not conveyed it to immediately report up to three months from the date of the inauguration," he continued.

It is certain that the KPK will help survivors who are in trouble. Submission of this wealth is important to see as an effort to prevent corruption.

"The compliance of the LHKPN is an important instrument as a first step in preventing corruption through the transparency of the assets of state administrators," concluded Budi.
