President Prabowo Gives 7 Messages To KORPRI, One Of Which Is A Transition To Renewable Energy

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto said the Civil Service Corps of the Republic of Indonesia (KORPRI) is a strategic component of the nation that plays a role in the glue and unifying of the nation.

The message was conveyed by the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini representing President Prabowo at the Commemoration Peak of the 53rd Anniversary of the CORPRI in 2024 in Jakarta, Friday 29 November.

The President conveyed that to improve services to the community, the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who is also a member of the KORPRI is asked to do seven things.

KORPRI was asked to remain accommodated in service, so that ASN aspirations can be accommodated and distributed proportionally and professionally, to support government duties.

"ASN must always uphold the principle of neutrality and remain loyal to the state, whoever the leader is," said Rini when reading President Prabowo's remarks, confiscated by Antara.

Furthermore, he conveyed seven messages from the President to all members of the KORPRI. First, the president asked to strengthen the solidarity and cooperation of the KORPRI.

"Make KORPRI a symbol of national unity, collaboration, and stability through cooperation with all components of the nation," he said.

Second, the President encourages innovation and efficiency. He emphasized, to prioritize fast, efficient, and transparent services through digital technology and e-government. Then, strengthen integrity and discipline.

"Show high integrity, discipline, and comply with the law in every service line," he said.

Then, the President advised to ensure access to healthy food. KORPRI was asked to help provide nutritious food for vulnerable groups. Fifth, support energy security.

"Transition to renewable energy, reduce imports, and increase efficiency," he explained.

KORPRI was also asked to contribute in reducing poverty. It is said that KORPRI was asked to collaborate on poverty alleviation programs with related ministries.

Finally, in accordance with its duties and functions, all members of the KORPRI are asked to maintain neutrality and loyalty. "ASN remains neutral in politics, loyal to the interests of the people and the nation," he stressed.

The President also encouraged the acceleration of the issuance of Government Regulations on CORPRI as an implementation of the ASN Law. This is done, to improve welfare and legal protection for all ASN.

On this occasion, Minister Rini as the Daily Advisor of the National Korpri Management Board also awarded the Korpri Award in two categories. The categories are the Management of Korpri and Special Achievement.

After the peak event of the commemoration of the 53rd Anniversary of the KORPRI, Rini said that KORPRI is a forum from ASN to collect inspiration, collaborate, and integrate with ASN throughout Indonesia.

He hopes that KORPRI can continue to protect, protect, and provide legal assistance for members.

"I hope that KORPRI will continue to protect ASN and become a useful forum for ASN and of course to make it easier for ASN to collaborate. Once again congratulations to KORPRI. Happy 53rd Birthday. KORPRI continues," he concluded.
