As Evidence From The Police In The Case Of Teacher Supriyani, A Sweep Ijuk Is Called An Expert, Not The Cause Of The Victim's Wounds

KENDARI - Forensic Doctor of Bhayangkara Hospital Kendari, dr. Raja Al-Fath stated that the wound on D'S thigh (8) was not caused by a broom that was allegedly carried out by an honorary teacher at SDN 4 Baito, Supriyani.

Sweeping is known to be evidence from the police in this case.

He said D's injuries were like being touched by a fairly rough part. This is because the difference between blunt objects that directly and indirectly hit the skin covered with cloth will not result in bruises, abrasions or tearing.

"For example, if there are shields such as cloth, abrasions can also occur, but there is damage or tearing of the cloth or pants that coat the surface of the skin," he said.

Meanwhile, Supriyani's attorney, Andri Darmawan, in the follow-up trial, deliberately invited expert witnesses to prove in the facts of the trial.

"So we have presented a forensic doctor, friends have heard the testimony earlier," said Andri Darmawan.

In the previous trial, the examination of witnesses revealed the efforts of the Baito Police investigators who forced Supriyani to admit the alleged abuse of her students with the initials D (8).

In the witness examination trial, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) presented five people, namely Aipda Wibowo Hasyim who is the victim's father and Nur Fitriana, the victim's mother, and Siti Nuraisah, Lilis Herlina as a teacher, and the Head of SDN 4 Baito Sana Ali.

Witness The Head of SDN 4 Baito Sana Ali when met in Konsel said that related to the case he was called by a Baito Police investigator named Jefri, who they then promised to meet at the investigator's house.

"Regarding this case, Mr. Jefri said the evidence already exists, tomorrow there will be a determination of the suspect and he will be picked up (Mrs. Supriyani)," said Sana Ali in front of the panel of judges.
