Eko said the accident involving an Avanza car with license plate number B 1048 DKG with the AD 2987 NF box truck occurred at around 06.45 WIB on the KM 315-A toll road from Jakarta to Semarang.

Pemalang Police, he said, has not yet been able to conclude the cause of the accident.

"Until now, we are still conducting an investigation to find out the exact cause of the accident," he said.

Eko said that currently the police are still investigating the driver of the Jatmiki box truck (36), a resident of Juwangi, Boyolali.

"Therefore, we have not been able to determine the status of the truck driver because he is still being investigated by officers," he said.

The victims who died were the driver of the Avanza type TV crew named Sunardi, a resident of Asri Cakung Park, East Jakarta, Marwan, and Alwan Syahmidi, a resident of Jalan Joglo Raya Kembangan, West Jakarta.

The injured victims were Felicia Amelinda Priatna (24), a resident of Jalan Wijaya Kusuma II, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta and Geisgy Yudhistira.
