JAKARTA - Indra Jaya (54) recidivist recurrences who have returned to dealing with the police over cases of kidnapping, hostage-taking and sexual abuse of minors, are threatened with 15 years in prison.

From the results of the examination by investigators from the East Jakarta Metro Police PPA Unit, the suspect Indra Jaya is known to be a widower. The suspect Indra was divorced by his wife because he often went in and out of prison for his actions.

The suspect also has a child who lives with his ex-wife. However, the suspect has the heart to molest a 5-year-old girl, who is none other than the son of a business friend.

"The perpetrator has two children in a household. But the perpetrator was divorced because he often went in and out of prison," he said.

In addition, the suspect admitted that his act of obscenity against the victim was carried out when the victim was invited around with a motorbike when he was kidnapped.

"The obscenity was carried out when the victim was invited to turn around on the motorbike. The victim was carried around for a night. The victim was under his arrest (the perpetrator). He teased, kissed and felt his genitals," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, recently, in Jakarta.

Currently, East Jakarta Metro Police investigators are still waiting for the results of the Visum Et Repertum (VER) victim related to violence and acts of obscenity committed by the suspect.

Previously, it was reported that Indra Jaya (54), a suspect in the kidnapping and molestation of a 5-year-old girl in the Cakung area, East Jakarta, was arrested in Pejaten, South Jakarta, and turned out to have a pile of crime records.

"Recidivist perpetrators have been detained 3 times," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Wednesday, October 30.

After an investigation, the suspect Indra Jaya is a recidivist with a series of International crime cases.

"First, the perpetrator IJ was detained in Malaysia in the TIP case, he was detained for 3 years. In China, the oil smuggling case. In Cipinang prison, counterfeit money cases were detained," he said.
