UNRWA Officers Call Israel Reject Urges Requests To Evacuate Residents In Gaza Collapse

JAKARTA - Media officers at the UN Aid and Work Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) Enas Hamdan said Israel rejected the urgent request made by the agency to evacuate people trapped under the rubble as a result of the genocide that occurred in the northern Gaza Strip.

Gaza health authorities confirmed on Sunday that the death toll from Palestine since the latest conflict in Gaza broke out on October 7, 2023, has reached 42,603 people. Meanwhile, about 99,759 other people were injured. The majority of victims were women and children.
