Kejari Tahan Pejabat PPK Setelah Diperiksa Kasus Korupsi Proyek Puskesmas Dompu

The police and prosecutors detained the PPK project with the initials AH as a suspect in the corruption case in the construction of the Dompu Health Center building today.

The Prosecutor's Office has detained the project's commitment maker (PPK) project with the initials AH as a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the construction project of the Dompu City Health Center building for the 2021 fiscal year.

He explained that the detention took place after the suspect underwent an investigation by investigators at the Dompu Kejari Office in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

"So, at around 14.00 WITA, the investigation was completed, immediately detention was carried out," he said.

Investigators have named AH as a suspect who is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) and / or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.

One of the pieces of evidence that confirms the existence of criminal indications in the physical project work is the result of an audit of state financial losses with a value of Rp944 million. Losses arise from allegations of inflating material prices.

Kejari Dompu handled this case by referring to the Investigation Order Number: Print-04c/N.2.15/Fd.1/07/2024 dated July 24, 2024 and special sprindik Number: 05/N.2.15/Fd.2/10/2024 dated October 21, 2024.

The Dompu City Health Center construction project was revealed to run in 2021 using the APBD. The distribution of work through the Dompu Health Office.

The project implementer is PT Citra Andika Utama, which is based in Bima Regency. The company carried out a project with a contract value of Rp7.95 billion from a budget ceiling of Rp8.05 billion.
