JAKARTA - BUMD Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya implements the ISO 55001:2014 standard by developing an asset management application under the name "Sarana Jaya".

The President Director of Sarana Jaya, Andira Reoputra, stated that the implementation of ISO 55001:2014 and the development of the Sarana Jaya application are a major step in ensuring the management of company assets.

"Of course it is carried out with the highest standards, to support our business continuity and provide better services for the community," Andira said in a statement, Thursday, October 10.

Andira explained that this application contains a number of features that can be used by users to access asset information, make direct transactions, and report asset conditions that require attention.

This application also allows real-time asset monitoring and tracking by the management team, thus supporting the company's transparency and accountability.

Andira explained that effective asset management is the key to maintaining the efficiency and value of BUMD's assets engaged in the property development sector.

"It is hoped that this application will make it easier for the public to make transactions related to assets, provide complaints, and access Sarana Jaya services directly through mobile devices," he explained.

In the future, Andira hopes that asset management can be carried out in a sustainable manner by involving active public participation, so as to create better asset management and support sustainable urban development.
