BOGOR - Bogor City DPRD together with the Bogor City Government have stipulated a Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on Providing Incentives and Ease of Investment into (Regional Regulations) at a plenary meeting held on Tuesday, October 8.

A spokesman for the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the Bogor City DPRD, Eka Wardhana, said that the Raperda on Providing Incentives and Ease of Investment had obtained facilitation from the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province and carried out improvements in terms of consideration, balance, legal basis and body trunk in accordance with the provisions of the latest legislation.

Eka explained that this Raperda is intended to realize legal certainty and as a guideline in Providing Incentives and Ease of Investment to increase Investment and Equitable Development in the Regions.

After listening to the Bapemperda report and the response of the Acting Mayor of Bogor, the Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, Adityawarman Adil, made the decision to appoint a Raperda regarding the Providing of Incentives and Ease of Investment to become a Regional Regulation based on the approval of all members of the Bogor City DPRD who attended the Plenary Meeting.
