LPSK Has Not Received The Official Application For Lolly Lolly's Child, Nikita Mirzani

JAKARTA - The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) stated that it had not officially received a request for protection from Laura Meizani Nassare Asry alias Lolly or Nikita Mirzani as her parents.

Nikita Mirzani through her attorney is known to have stated that her daughter is in an unsafe condition. Thus, submitting a request for protection to the LPSK.

"The LPSK has not yet decided because there has been no official application from the victim's child and their parents," said LPSK Deputy Chair Susilaningtyas when confirmed, Thursday, September 26.

According to him, if Lolly or his parents had made an official application, LPSK would not immediately decide to provide protection.

However, first carry out an assessment to ensure whether or not it is appropriate to provide protection for Nikita Mirzani's eldest daughter.

"Yes (assessment) according to the procedure first," said Susilaningtyas.

Confirmed about the absence of an official request, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, said that the application administration process to LPSK would be handled by the South Jakarta Metro Police investigation team.

This is because it is stated that investigators who have the authority to file because the alleged harassment and abortion case reported by Nikita Mirzani has entered the investigation stage.

"Those who submit to the LPSK are investigators at Nikita's request. It is the investigator's administrative affairs," said Fahmi.

Previously it was reported, Fahmi said that a request for protection was needed because during the examination of witnesses that had been carried out, Nikita felt that her daughter was in an unsafe condition.

"Earlier I arrived, I submitted a request from the investigators to submit an application to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency, because after I followed the investigations, I found that there were things that were very worrying," said Fahmi Bachmid at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday, September 24.

"So I beg you earlier if there is an LPSK to be involved in this matter so that the victim whose name is Lolly gets protection," he explained.

When asked this was done because of the alleged threat, Fahmi Bachmid was reluctant to explain in detail.

It is only conveyed that Lolly has things that must be protected, especially now that he is being placed in a safe house.

"Yes, we don't know what the threat is because he is now in a separate place. It is impossible to pose a threat, but from the stories of the examination there are things that we must protect," said Fahmi.
