JAKARTA - A man became a victim of abuse by his colleague on Jalan Kampung Rawa, Gang Sadigo, RT 04/08, Jalan Baladewa Kiri, Kampung Rawa Village, Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta.

The victim with the initials RH (33), a resident of Tanah Tinggi Flat, suffered stab wounds to his hands as a result of being slashed by a machete by the perpetrator named Holik, a close friend.

"Both hands of the victim were stabbed with a sharp machete. The victim had made a report at the Johar Baru Police, then transferred to the RSCM," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Ipda Ruslan to VOI, Monday, September 2.

According to Ipda Ruslan, the incident began when the victim was sitting in front of the refilled water depot. Suddenly came the perpetrator named Holik and immediately attacked the victim using a sharp weapon of the type of machete.

"The attack hit the victim's hand," he said.

After slashing the victim, the perpetrator named Holik fled. Meanwhile, the victim escorted by his family has made a police report.

"The perpetrator is in pursuit. He is threatened with Article 351 of the Criminal Code," he said.
