Sadistic Murder In OKU Palm Oil Plantation, Perpetrators Of Heartache Often Stabbed Victims

East Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Police, South Sumatra revealed the motive for the sadistic murder in an oil palm plantation area in Bunga Mayang Village, Jayapura District.

"The motive is the hurt of the perpetrator with the initials BK (28) against the victim Nur Kholiq (33)," said East OKU Police Chief AKBP Kevin Leleury in Martapura, South Sumatra as reported by ANTARA, Friday, August 30.

The police chief said that the body of a resident of Bunga Mayang Village, Jayapura District, East OKU was found lying in an oil palm plantation in a pathetic condition.

The victim suffered severe stab wounds using sharp weapons on the back, back and arms until he died at the scene (TKP).

It only took about two hours from the incident, members of the East OKU Police Satreskrim managed to find the whereabouts and identities of the perpetrators.

"We made an effort to approach the family of the perpetrator so that the person concerned was arrested without a fight at his home in Bunga Mayang Village, Jayapura District," he said.

Based on the results of the investigation, it is known that the motive for this sadistic murder case originated from the perpetrator who was hurt by the victim.

The perpetrator admitted that the victim often denied it by the victim as many as five times who asked for money by force.

"There was a fight in the oil palm plantation where the perpetrator managed to seize the victim's sharp weapon and then brutally killed him," he explained.

For his actions, the perpetrator is threatened with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 351 paragraph 3 concerning murder or persecution causing the victim to die.

"The perpetrator is threatened with 15 years in prison, and or Article 351 paragraph 3 carries a sentence of seven years in prison," he said firmly.
