Banten Cagub Airin Promises To Fix Education To Infrastructure

JAKARTA - Banten gubernatorial candidate (Readgub) Rachmi Diany explained a number of priority programs ranging from education to infrastructure in the province.

"The first is education, especially high school, it's our responsibility. So we will build a new school, add classrooms with the principle of not turning off private schools," Airin said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 28.

The former Mayor of South Tangerang will present a scholarship program per student for children who live in Banten to enter any private school, with a subsidy system.

This is so that it can become financing assistance for those who are forced not to go to school due to the impact of accepting new students (PPBD) from the zoning system and others.

In addition, it will also provide scholarship programs for Al Quran memorizers for schools in universities, as well as improvements to infrastructure and educational infrastructure.

Then, he and the prospective deputy governor candidate (Bacawagub) Banten Ade Sumardi also highlighted the education of Vocational High Schools (SMK) which was not in accordance with what job opportunities needed.

Airin wants to maximize the Center for Job Training, cooperate with the business world and encourage transparency towards employment.

"Yesterday, the Labor Party told me that the supervisory function is in the governor with PPNS (Civil Servant Investigators). Then we will be transparent open, like I am reforming Dukcapil services, the same is true with the opening of employment opportunities," said Airin.

He also mentioned about assistance from the health sector and infrastructure, infrastructure carried out according to the needs of each region, job creation and bureaucratic reform.

"What is certain is that it should not conflict with the RPJPD (Regional Long-Term Development Plan) that has been prepared today. That's why the KPU asked us to sign for the preparation of vision and mission for us candidate pairs," he said.

The pair Airin Rachmi Diany-Ade Sumardi are supported by a number of parties including PDIP, Golkar, PBB, PKN, Labor Party, Ummat Party and Gelora.
