The National Police held a pre-Operation Tribrata Jaya 2024 exercise regarding the security of Pope Francis and International Sustainability Forum (ISF) visits to Indonesia.

Imam also conveyed that referring to the dynamics of the development of the global, regional and national strategic environments, it would affect the implementation of Pope Francis' visit and the 2024 International Sustainability Forum (ISF) activities, such as national issues that could pose a security threat, including conventional crimes, transnational crimes, to terrorism issues.

"Therefore, the role of the National Police is very important as one of the front lines in overseeing and securing the series of visits by Pope Francis and the 2024 International Sustainability Forum (ISF) activities to ensure security, safety and comfort to heads of state/delegations who will attend by prioritizing preemptive and preventive activities supported by law enforcement, cyber, Interpol and public relations in the context of maintaining security and security," said Imam.
