The Mataram City Tourism Office, West Nusa Tenggara Province, will immediately improve toilet facilities at the Taman Loang Baloq tourist attraction to make it cleaner and more representative. The statement was made in response to visitors' complaints about the condition of the toilet in the area of the tourist attraction which was dirty, causing an unpleasant odor. Not to mention the condition of the toilet water that sometimes doesn't exist, so the basic public facilities at Taman Loang Baloq, which is one of the leading tourist attractions in Mataram, seem unkempt. Related to that, Cahya went straight to the location to ensure the condition of the toilet, and it was acknowledged that the condition of the toilet did require improvement and rearrangement. "If the water conditions are after we check, they will continue to flow," he said. In structuring the toilet in the future, continued Cahya, his party will accommodate input from visitors, namely to prepare special officers in front of the toilet so that they can control visitors who use toilets. In addition, toilets will be arranged by making special places for washing feet before visitors enter the toilet. This is intended so that the sand or dirt that sticks to the feet of visitors does not accumulate in the toilet. "Visitors who have played or took a bath at Loang Baloq Beach, bring sand. If they go straight to the toilet, it can trigger clogged water flow," he said. Cahya admitted that so far his party has lacked officers to guard a number of facilities in the Loang Baloq area. "For that, it is possible that we will also add special personnel to guard the toilet so that visitors can be more comfortable," he said. Taman Loang Baloq is one of the leading tourist destinations in Mataram City, because it unites natural tourism in the form of the Loang Baloq beach. In addition, there is also a park made by the people's entertainment center Loang Baloq, and religious tourism because there is a Baloq Loang Tomb which is observed by people in this area and is always crowded with pilgrims.

As one of the leading tourist attractions, Taman Loang Baloq is also a source of regional income in the form of retribution for entertainment venues with the number of visitors every weekend reaching more than 1,000 people. "That's why we want to improve service facilities so that they don't seem to be just concerned with retribution," he said.
