KPK Calls Again Menas Erwin Djohansyah In The Case Of Ex-Secretary Of MA Hasbi Hasan

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again summoned the President Director of PT Wahana Adyawarna, Menas Erwin Djohansyah today, Wednesday, August 21. He was asked for information regarding the alleged money laundering crime (TPPU) that ensnared former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasbi Hasan.

"The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, August 21.

Apart from the Minister of Rice, the anti-corruption commission also summoned other witnesses. Tessa said they had the initials FD and AA as private employees.

Meanwhile, based on information, the two men are Ferdiansyah and Ariandin Ayuningtias.

Erwin was summoned by the anti-corruption commission on Monday, August 12 yesterday. He was questioned by investigators about his relationship with Hasbi Hasan.

For information, the anti-corruption commission developed a bribery case for case management in the Supreme Court on suspicion of money laundering (TPPU). Although it has not been detailed, the information is that there are three suspects, namely Hasbi Hasan, singer Windy Idol, and Rinaldo Septariando B as entrepreneur who is also Windy's older brother.

In this case, Hasbi Hasan was also named a suspect in the alleged bribery case related to the management of other cases in the Supreme Court. He was entangled with Minister of Rice Erwin Djohansyah as President Director (Managing Director) of PT Wahana Adyawarna.

Previously, Hasbi was sentenced to 6 years in prison in this case by the Jakarta Corruption Court and had to pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion and a replacement money of Rp. 3,880,844,400 subsidiary of one year in prison. He was proven to have accepted bribes related to the management of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) case in the Supreme Court together with former Independent Commissioner Wijaya Karya (Wika) Dadan Tri Yudianto.

In this case, Dadan Tri Yudianto's sentence was increased by PT DKI Jakarta to nine years in prison from the previous five years. He was required to pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion and a replacement money of Rp. 7.95 billion, subsidiary to three years in prison.
