Waria Contest At Orchardz Hotel, Management Claims To Be Fooled By EO

Transgender or transgender beauty pageants held at the Orchardz Hotel, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta

JAKARTA The management of the Orchardz Hotel, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta admitted that his party felt aggrieved by the recent waria beauty pageant event being held. They claim to have been deceived by the organizers, event organizers (EO).

Director of Sales Hotel Orchardz, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta, Achmad Gandy explained that EO admitted to the hotel using the name gara dinner at the event.

"We, the victim of this hotel, they held an event called the gala dinner," said Director of Sales Hotel Orchardz, Achmad Gandy when contacted by reporters, Wednesday, August 7.

"If we know that an event like that, we will definitely ban it. Yes, it is impossible, in other words, we are looking for a disease by accepting an agenda like that. Moreover, we often receive events of ministry, religious activities," he said.

Achmad also said that at that time the activity was still under monitoring by his party. He also communicated with his subordinates asking what the activity was like.

"I had time to ask what his activities were like. My subordinates said they were dangdutan. And it turned out to be the contest event," he said.

Achmad added that the EO of the organizers admitted that they only held gala dinner activities and others during the booking process. However, on the day of the activity, there are dangdutan activities.

"They made a contest event in the middle of the event. So they have prepared their own crowns. If we know the event is like this once again, I emphasize we will not allow it," he said.

The Central Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim conducted an investigation related to the transgender or transgender beauty pageant which was held at the Orchardz hotel, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta on Sunday, August 4.

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro stated that the event also did not have an official permit.

"There is no permit," said Kombes Susatyo to VOI, Tuesday, August 6.
