BPJS Rejected, Hospitals Handling Fiscal Toddlers In South Jakarta Charge IDR 20 Million For Medical Handling

JAKARTA Handling a toddler who died because she was slammed by her biological mother in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, was hampered by the management of the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS).

"In the emergency room, there is no action," Andrea said when met at his home in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, August 6.

Andrea, one of the family, explained that the victim when he was taken to the ER was rejected by the hospital, because BPJS did not apply.

It turned out that last night until yesterday was not dealt with. The reason is that BPJS did not apply due to violence. On that basis, the family is looking for tens of millions of rupiah so that the toddler can be saved. But unfortunately, the child's life could not be saved and died on Monday, August 5.

"In fact, 20 million was asked for money, after 20 million, they were only dealt with," he said.

It is known that Balita was 2 years old and died after being slammed by her biological mother, YN, on the front terrace of her house in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta, Sunday, August 4.

The police arrested YN and conducted a psychiatric examination at the Police Hospital, East Jakarta.
