West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) - Mataram City Police (Polresta) investigated the statements of 6 teenagers suspected of being involved in the spread of exciting videos of a student having sex or sex.

Head of the Certain Crime Unit (Tipidter) of the Mataram Police Satreskrim, Ipda Andi Rossi, said that the deepening of this information was a follow-up to the complaint report of the victim's family.

"So, the legal process that we carried out against these 6 teenagers is a follow-up to reports of complaints from victims' families related to issues of the ITE law (information and electronic transactions)," said Andi in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Tuesday, August 6, as reported by Antara.

The 6 teenagers who underwent the examination had the initials ARM, M, SF, AR, AA, and LA. The police arrested the six of them in Lunyuk District, Sumbawa Regency, Monday 5 August.

Andi said that his basis for securing 6 teenagers was based on the results of an investigation that revealed indications of involvement in spreading the victim's exciting video.

"So, from our investigation, some of these teenagers are suspected of being involved in distributing videos through social media," he said.

Furthermore, Andi said that the 6 teenagers are still witnesses from the police investigation process.

"All (6 teenagers) are still witnesses. Later, when we meet, we will hold the role and determine the status of them," he said.
