9-Year-Old Car Driver Collision To Light Pole In Kemang, South Jakarta

JAKARTA - The traffic accident on Jalan Kemang Raya, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta (Jaksel) apparently involved a Toyota Rush driver with the initials MP who was 9 years old.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi said Saturday, August 3, at 17.30 WIB.

"It is true that there was an accident where the car hit the red light pole of the TL (Tiang Lampu) MC Donald Kemang (was) a 9 year old child," said Ade Ary in his statement, Sunday, August 4.

Ade Ary explained that the incident began when the little boy took the car keys from home. Incidentally, the vehicle was parked on the side of the road after taking it home.

Then the little boy took the car from Destap Housing Jalan Bangka VIII A, Pela Village, Mampang heading to TL MC Donald Kemang, South Jakarta.

On the way it hit a two-wheeled vehicle and a 4-wheeled vehicle.

Luckily, the trip was stopped after hitting the MC Donalds Kemang lamppole, South Jakarta. Ade Ary confirmed that there were no casualties in the incident.

"Furthermore, the witness informed the victim's parents and then contacted members of the Mampang Police. The car was taken to the South Jakarta Metro Police," he said.
