JAKARTA - Member of the NasDem Party faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Hariadi Anwar, died this afternoon. Hariadi breathed his last at Medistra Hospital, Jakarta.

Chairman of the NasDem Faction of the DKI DPRD, Wibi Andrino, admitted that his party was hit by Hariadi's departure. According to Wibi, Hariadi is Dia, revealed that Hariadi Anwar is a senior politician who often gives good advice.

"Bang Ade Anwar is a very good person, honest, trustworthy in carrying out his duties as representatives of the people and we in the NasDem Faction are very lost because he is an advisor to the faction who always gives advice to all of us in NasDem," said Wibi in his statement, Thursday, August 1.

During his lifetime, Hariadi was active in carrying out humanitarian missions through his position as Chairman of the NasDem Party Rescue Board.

Hariadi, for Wibi, is a figure who gave an example that what humans bring is their good deeds.

"He is a person who is very active on humanitarian missions, always plunges when there is a disaster of providing assistance, both energy and material, never breaking up and it teaches us that humans who can be brought are their good deeds," he explained. "Hopefully what he gave us in the NasDem faction is good advice and also good deeds will make him get the best place by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala," said Wibi.

For information, Hariadi had penetrated the entertainment world as a musician with songs that were popular in the 70s. Hariadi also formed the music group Orkes Moral Pancaran Sinar Petromaks in 1978.

Then, he entered politics and briefly became a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the Golkar Party for the period 1992-1997 and 1997-1999. Furthermore, Hariadi moved from Golkar and joined NasDem since 2011. Prior to his death, Hariadi held the position of Member of the DKI Jakarta DPRD for the 1st period 2019-2024.
