Kemendikbudristek Supports KPK Inspect Allegations Of Fraud New Student Admissions

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) has confirmed that it will support the investigation of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding allegations of fraud in New Student Admissions (PMB). For information, the KPK investigated four places in the higher education environment, namely the Education Testing Management Center (BPPP) and the Curriculum Standards Agency and the Education Assessment (BSKAP) of the Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as two universities in the Central Java (Central Java) region. Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, said the inspection began with many public complaints, one of which was on social media who suspected fraud in the selection process for accepting new students.
