MenpanRB On One Indonesian Data: People Will Enjoy The Luxury Of Data

JAKARTA - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MenpanRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas said One Indonesian Data (SDI) gave the people luxury in enjoying integrated data.

Anas conveyed this after holding a meeting of the 2024 SDI Steering Committee with the title "Accelerated Digital Transformation Through One Indonesian Data" at the PANRB Ministry Office, Jakarta, Tuesday.

"The point is how we integrate this data, so that the people will enjoy the luxury of data," said Anas.

According to him, so far the people still have not enjoyed the luxury of data, because it has not been integrated. Therefore, collaboration between ministries/Institutions (K/L) to accelerate national digital transformation.

In addition, Anas also revealed in the closed meeting that Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin conveyed how to unify data in Satu Sehat.

"This will be with Digital ID, so that all people will easily access data," he said.

Then, Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi about National Portal. Then, data security is with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). The Ministry of Home Affairs also discussed Digital ID.

"And we're how one map in the geospatial is related to one data and related to BPS," he concluded.

As for today, the One Data Indonesia 2024 Steering Committee Meeting has agreed on a 7 pound work plan, namely:

1. Development of model data platforms in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of applications and data collection, 2. Data exchange platform management to support the implementation of Presidential Decree 82 of 2023 related to the use of SDI forums, trials through Digital INA.3. Strengthening of central-region synchronization through the preparation of codification and metadata of priority indicators of RPJMN/RPJMD and RKP/RKPD,4. Expansion of data utilization through the integration of the One Map policy portal with SDI Portal and the use of land parcel maps to support regional development,5. Acceleration of the fulfillment of SDI principles at the central and regional levels, among others: a. SDI is part of the assessment of Bureaucratic Reform; b. Development of the dynamic database of reference codes for administrative regions; c. Strengthening the competence of ASN Talenta Digital SDI formation as well as the development of the Center of Excellence (CoE) with the Regional Government and universities.6. Expansion of the implementation of SPBE spending clearance at the regional level for the efficiency of SPBE spending in the regions and harmonization of central and regional activities, 7. Strengthening of data governance through the updating of PPN/Bappenas Permens Number 16 of 2020 concerning SPBE Data Management.
