Tiko's Husband BCL Asks Wassidik To Hold Cases After The Alleged Embezzlement Case Rises Investigation

JAKARTA - The husband of the artist Bunga Citra Lestari or BCL, Tiko Aryawardhana, asked the supervision of the investigation (wasidik) of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police to participate in monitoring the handling of cases of alleged embezzlement which made him the reported person.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the follow-up to the request was to carry out the case title process on Friday, July 26.

"It is true that colleagues carried out a case title at the investigative supervisor at the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police. Why did this case be held? This is a follow-up to the request of the reported party," said Ade, quoted on Saturday, July 27.

The process of titled the case did not determine the suspect in the alleged embezzlement case. Instead, it is limited to testing the evidence in the case which is now at the investigation stage.

Although the results of the case title were not detailed, Ade said that during the process, Tiko's party presented a mitigating witness and additional evidence.

"In the process of titled the case led by Wassidik Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, attended by investigators, investigations will also be carried out by the investigator's supervisor whether the soup carried out by the investigator is passed," he said.

"Then the material for this case is also investigated and then what evidence the investigators already have and this is a process," continued Ade.

On the other hand, it is said that the case title carried out by Wassidik is a form of transparency in case handling. Thus, all court search steps are carried out according to the rules.

"The title of the case at the regional police level is correct, so this is a process that is in accordance with the SOP which is a form of transparency," said Ade.
