The identity of the money multiplier was revealed, after the appearance of video posts showing the multiplying of money made the social media universe become crowded.

"In fact, I just found out that some of my residents were able to double their money," said Mubaidi.

Before the video went viral, he said, residents often saw a number of people visiting the house of the alleged perpetrator of the money multiplier, at Veteran Alley, RT 01 RW 03, Bahagia Sub-district, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency.

"What I know is that usually there are people visiting and looking for Ustaz Herman. There are so many Ustaz or Da'i living here about three or four years," continued Mubaidi.

Mubaidi and local residents admitted that they did not want to bother with the practice of multiplying money by these individuals.

"Let the police take care of it, the residents and I do not want to bother," he said.

Bekasi Metro Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Hendra Gunawan said that his party was still conducting an investigation regarding the viral video of multiplying money in Babelan District.

"I have ordered the Babelan police chief to clarify the virality of the video to those who claim to be Ustad H or what he calls long-haired Ustaz. Still under investigation, whether the person concerned can duplicate or just play around, or is there bad intention to commit fraud," said Grand Commissioner Hendra.
