Seven Kubos Convicted Of The Vina Cirebon Case Claims To Pocket Dozens Of New Novums

JAKARTA - A total of seven convicts in the murder cases of Vina and Eky Cirebon, claim to have dozens of new novums. Later, the novum will be used in the approval of a judicial review or PK.

"Yes, dozens of them, we already have more than 10 novums," said the attorney for seven convicts, Jutek Bongso to VOI, Friday, July 19.

One of the novums that has been pocketed is the testimony of a new witness. It was stated that the witness knew for sure the series of events behind the deaths of Vina and her lover, Eky.

However, Jutek did not want to reveal the identity of the witness in question. However, it was emphasized that the witness had never appeared in the investigation or judicial stages.

"One of the new novums is that many witnesses have never been presented, we found a new (witness) who has never appeared either in the investigation process or in the judiciary process," he said.

Regarding the timing of the PK submission, Jutek could not confirm yet. He conveyed that the legal team of the convicts of the Vina Cirebon case was still gathering other novums.

Possibly, this has only been done waiting for the investigation process of the three police reports made at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The reported parties in the report included Iptu Rudiana, Aep, Dede, and Pasren.

"We are still gathering other novums, to strengthen them," said Jutek.

Meanwhile, the convicts in the Vina Cirebon case were Rivaldi Aditya Wardana, Eko Ramadhani, Hadi Saputra, Jaya, Eka Sandi, Sudirman and Supriyanto.
