On The First Day Of Operation Patuh Jaya, Hundreds Of Riders In Tangerang Were Caught In A Raid

TANGERANG - As many as 100 traffic violators were caught in the Operation Patuh Jaya which was held by the Tangerang City Metro Police today, Monday, July 15.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said Operation Patuh Jaya was held from today, July 15 to July 28, 2024. His party will take action in the form of a warning.

"Those who violate we reprimand with a sympathetic warning letter. This operation was carried out mobile on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Jalan Benteng Betawi Jalan, pioneering independence, Tangerang city," Zain said when confirmed, Monday, July 15.

Zain said, hundreds of traffic violators will be ticketed through E-LTE

"According to the leadership's instructions, no manual ticketing is allowed. Enforcement or ticketing is only carried out through the stationary ETLE and ETLE Mobile systems," he said.

"On the first day, the mobile patrol targeted drivers who violated eye-to-eye, including against the current, riding more than two people and not wearing Helems, including the use of seat belts," he said.

The 14 types of violations that are targeted for Operation Patuh 2024 which are held nationally:

1. Against the current.

2. Driving under the influence of alcohol.

3. Using a cell phone while driving.

4. Not wearing the SNI helem.

5. Not wearing a safety belt.

6. Exceed the speed limit.

7. Driving underage or not having a driver's license.

8. Riding more than one ride

9. Four-wheeled vehicles or more do not meet roadworthy.

10. Vehicles are not equipped with STNK.

11. Violating the road markings.

12. Installing rotators and sirens is not intended.

13. Using a fake number plate or TNKB.

14. Illegal Parking.
