TANGERANG - Soekarno Hatta Airport Customs and Excise together with Sub-Directorate IV of the Narcotics Dittipid Bareskrim Polri revealed a Gorilla, Ecstasy and Xanax type Narcotics Dark Plant (Clandestine Lab) in Malang City, East Java. There are 8 perpetrators who have been arrested with the initials RR, IR, HA, FP, DA, AR, YC and SS.

Head of the Soekarno Airport Customs Main Service Office, Gatot Sugeng Wibowo, said that apart from securing the perpetrators, his party also found evidence in the form of 1.2 tons of synthetic marijuana-type narcotics up to 25 thousand Xanax-type drugs ready for distribution.

"Evidence) 1.2 tons of synthetic marijuana class i narcotics, 25,000 rounds of narcotics class i type ecstasy, and 25,000 pills of xanax type narcotics ready for distribution, precursor chemicals, printing machines, and various clandestine lab equipment," said Gatot in his statement, Wednesday, July 3.

He explained that the case was revealed starting with an effort to develop 11 packages of goods sent by Soekarno-Hatta Customs officers.

After laboratory testing of the goods, it was found that it was indicated as raw material and auxiliary materials for narcotics manufacturing at the Clan Lab.

Then a Control Delivery was carried out on the packages and the buyer's address was found in Malang City. Then from the results of the development and supervision of the address, it was found that there was a package sent from the address with the aim of going to Jakarta and the package was notified as tea.

The team then carried out Control Delivery of the package and succeeded in taking action with evidence in the form of narcotics class I Types of synthetic marijuana amounting to 23,712.2 grams gross.

"And narcotics class 1 type INACA amounted to 394 grams gross and secured 3 suspects with the initials RR, IR, and HA," he said.

Based on these results, surveillance activities were carried out on houses suspected of being factories in Malang City, East Java.

Subsequently, Joint Operations with the Directorate of Narcotics Interdiction DJBC, East Java Customs Regional Office I, East Java II Customs Regional Office and Sub-Directorate IV Dittipid Bareskrim Polri for prosecution activities. As a result, 5 actors acted as chefs.

"The team managed to secure 5 suspects who acted as chefs," he said.

After the arrest, the 8 people were brought by the police. On the other hand, Gatot revealed that thanks to this action, his party together with the police saved 7.35 million lives.
