JAKARTA - The Pademangan Sector Police (Polsek) of the North Jakarta Metro Police distributed 21 sacrificial animals to the local community in order to welcome Eid al-Adha 1445 Hijri.

"We distributed one cow and 20 goats to a number of locations in the jurisdiction of the Pademangan Police," said Pademangan Police Chief Kompol Binsar Hatorangan Sianturi, Saturday, June 15.

He said the sacrificial animals were symbolically handed over to community leaders, religious leaders at the Pademangan Police Headquarters, North Jakarta on Saturday afternoon, June 15.

"This afternoon, we distribute sacrificial animals, hopefully what we do ahead of Eid al-Adha will be blessed for our family and home residents in Pademangan," he said.

He admitted that he was very grateful, the family of the Pademangan Police had the opportunity to hand over sacrificial animals in the form of one cow and 20 goats.

"In addition, the momentum to commemorate Bhayangkara Day is currently on July 1. The National Police leadership has also taken a policy by holding a Precision Police Sacrifice program," he said.
