JAKARTA - IR (42), a middle-aged woman, was forced to deal with members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sawah Besar Police for stealing coffee at Alfamart Jalan Rajawali Selatan 1, Gunung Sahari Utara Village, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta.

When in action, the woman was not alone. IR acted with her husband with the initials SU (39) who had already divided the theft tasks.

The SU perpetrator stole two packs of coffee from the Api boat, while his wife stole dish washing soap in Alfamart.

A married couple (couple) admits that they do not have income and do not work. Even for daily needs, both of them are always confused. Because of that, both of them agreed to steal at Alfamart.

"The Criminal Investigation Unit received information that there was an alleged perpetrator who was detained at Alfamart because he had committed the theft," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sawah Besar Police, AKP Sholeh when confirmed, Thursday, June 13.

Receiving this information, the police immediately rushed to the location to secure the perpetrators.

"After arriving at the crime scene, members coordinated with witnesses and obtained information from witnesses that the alleged perpetrator of the theft had been arrested," he said.

The two perpetrators were then detained at the Sawah Besar Police Headquarters to account for their actions.

"The two suspected perpetrators along with the evidence were brought to the Sawah Besar Police," he said.

Meanwhile, from the results of the examination, the motive for the theft was due to economic factors. The perpetrator SU invited his wife with the initials IR to steal because they did not have money to shop.
