Three Gangsters Of Rental Car Cases In Pati Threatened With 12 Years In Prison

Three suspects in the case of beating four people who wanted to pull a rental car in Sumbersoko Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency, Central Java, face a 12-year prison sentence. The beating resulted in one death.

The three suspects, namely EN (51) and BC (37), and AG (35) who were mobile car users who were taken by the victim.

He revealed that the case began when the four victims with the initials BH, SH, and ES, who were residents of Jakarta, and KB, a resident of Tegal, drove a Sigra to Pati to pick up a mobile rental car because based on GPS, it was at AG's house in Sumbersoko Village on the grounds that it had not been returned.

"How long is the return limit for the rental car, it is still under investigation by officers," he said.

Victim BH asked three of his friends to take the car on Thursday, June 6, at around 13.00 WIB. After finding the car parked in the house belonging to the suspect AG, then the victim BH took the car with a spare key. Meanwhile, three of his friends drove Sigra's car.

Knowing that there was a group from outside the area, residents became suspicious and shouted thieves. Other residents who knew immediately chased the victims and carried out the persecution.

The police, who received the report, immediately went to the location to evacuate the victims to be rushed to the Kayen Hospital, although they were finally referred to RAA Seowondo Hospital.

The evidence that was secured, namely Sigra's car, clothes belonging to the victim and the suspect, a helmet, and a motorcycle.

He also appealed to residents involved in the persecution to surrender to the police.

"We remind you not to take justice into their own hands. If there is a suspicious incident, please report it to the police for handling," he said.

Meanwhile, Acting Director of RAA Soewondo Hospital Pati Hartotok revealed that in general the three victims of their health beatings began to improve. One patient suffered minor injuries, while two of them today, Monday, June 10, underwent an operating program.
