The Patah Rail On The Palmerah-Kebayoran Line, Commuter Line Travel Experienced Delays

JAKARTA The accumulation of passengers at Palmerah Station occurred due to rail repairs on the Palmerah Kebayoran route, Wednesday, June 5, at 07.15 WIB. The commuter line trip was disrupted by the repair.

External Relations & Corporate Image Care KAI Commuter, Leza Arlan confirmed the incident. Based on the information received, one electric railroad (KRL) was broken. So repairs must be made.

"We can convey that there are infrastructure obstacles, namely rail repairs on the Palmerah Kebayoran route. So it has an impact on commuter line trips," said Leza in a statement received, Wednesday, June 5.

Leza said that currently conditions had returned to normal, after 27 minutes of repairs. However, as a result of these obstacles, a number of Electric Train (KRL) that passed were delayed.

"After handling the officers and it is confirmed that the rail is safe to pass, the commuter line can pass at a limited speed of 10 KM/hour. At 08.22 WIB the trip can be passed at normal speed," he said.

"We apologize for the obstacles so that delays occur, we urge you to continue to follow directions from officers," he said.
