The Family Hopes That The Mother Of The Perpetrator Of Child Abuse In Tangsel Will Not Be Detained

TANGERANG RH (22), the mother of the perpetrator of sexual abuse of a 5-year-old biological child in South Tangerang (Tangsel) was named a suspect. However, NK as the reporter of this case hopes that the police will not make arrests.

"Yes, what about it, it's already a suspect. But if possible, don't hold it. Just guide it, my sister-in-law, because there is a child there," said NK when met at his house in the Pondok Betung area, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, Monday, June 3.

In addition, NK also felt that if RH was not detained, then revenge between families might be lost. Because the one who reported this case was NK because he received threats from the perpetrator's husband.

"I'm from the family side wanting it to be like that, so that my brother-in-law's family has no grudges," he said.

As is known, the perpetrator's family threatened NK because they did not accept that RH was reported to the police.

Moreover, she felt that the husband of RH should also be secured. Because for them, her husband took part in the incident.

"Until now it is still threatening, he said he wants to kill us. The family of him (RH) wants his father to be caught too," said NK.

Previously, the police had named a suspect in the mother who allegedly molested her biological child, RH, in the Pondok Betung area, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang.

RK is accused of multiple articles, ranging from pornography to the Law (UU) on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE).

"Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and or Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph (1) of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and or Article 88 in conjunction with Article 76 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi.
