Almost 2 Years The Case Is Running, The Former Village Staff At Pondok Aren Baru Becomes A Suspect In The Rape Case Of Minors

TANGERANG HYD, a former kelurahan staff member in one of Pondok Aren Subdistrict, South Tangerang (Tangsel), was finally named a suspect by the police for the case of raping a minor, MA (17). The determination of the suspect was carried out by the South Tangerang Police on a report made by the family almost two years ago, December 4, 2022.

"Brother H (Holid) is a suspect," said Head of Public Relations of the South Tangerang Police, AKP Agil in his statement, Monday, May 27.

When asked about the chronology of his arrest, Agil was reluctant to answer. He only confirmed that the suspect was arrested at his hiding place in Ciledug Village, Pondok Kacang, Pondok Aren, Saturday, May 25, during the day.

"Alhamdulillah, it is true that the members of the PPA Unit Sat Reskrim, last Saturday afternoon, managed to arrest the suspect with the initials H in one of the houses, where he was hiding," he said.

The man who previously served as Chairman of the DKM and the School Committee was charged with Article 81 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning PERPPU Number 1 of 2016 for the second amendment to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2002.

"That suspect H has been detained for further investigation," he said.

It is known that the incident occurred in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang on October 3, 2021. However, it was only reported to the South Tangerang Police on December 4, 2022.

AF, the father of a rape victim, revealed that his baby had experienced a mental disorder after giving birth to his baby. According to him, the condition of the child got worse when the baby he was born died.
