The panel of judges at the Corruption Court at the Banda Aceh District Court sentenced the defendant to corruption in the procurement of information system for the management of the Yuliddin Away Regional General Hospital (RSUDYA) Tapaktuan, South Aceh Regency for four years in prison.
The verdict was read out by the panel of judges chaired by Hamzah Sulaiman accompanied by Anda Ariansyah and R Deddy respectively as member judges at the trial at the Corruption Court at the Banda Aceh District Court in Banda Aceh, Tuesday, May 21.
The defendant is on behalf of Rudi Yanto, as Director of PT Klik Data, a company working on procuring a hospital management information system at RSUDYA Tapaktuan.

The verdict of the panel of judges was lower than the demands of the public prosecutor (JPU). At the previous trial, Public Prosecutor Iqram Syah Putra from the South Aceh District Attorney's Office charged the defendant Rudi Yanto with five years in prison.

The prosecutor said that during the cooperation in procuring the hospital management information system with the company, RSUDYA had paid the total to PT Klik Data Indonesia of Rp3.6 billion.
"Based on the results of the examination and calculations of the consultant, the manufacture of applications and maintenance of the hospital management information system only spent more than Rp. 1 billion. Based on the results of the calculation of the South Aceh District Inspectorate, there was an overpayment of Rp. 1.7 billion," said the prosecutor.
