JAKARTA - It is a heinous act by AL alias B, a resident of Cakung, East Jakarta. How not, AL had the heart to have sex with his biological daughter, KAZ (12) for 4 years. AL committed a heinous act at his home, in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta.

Based on police investigations, AL had sex with his daughter from 2019 to 2023. At that time the victim was 8 years old.

"The incident was only discovered after the victim was indicated to be suffering from venereal disease. Then the victim was asked by her mother, she admitted that she had sex with her biological father," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Monday, May 20.

From his confession, the Navy had sexual intercourse with the victim more than 3 times. The victim could only surrender because he was threatened by the perpetrator if he informed the incident, the biological mother, the victim would be killed.

It should be noted that the perpetrator has been separated from bed or separated from his wife, or the victim's mother since 2017.

"The incident began in 2019, at that time the victim was visiting the perpetrator's house. The perpetrator saw the victim and there was lust," he said.

"The perpetrator threatened to kill the victim's mother," continued the Police Chief.

As a result of his actions, the suspect AL was charged with Article 76D in conjunction with Article 81 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of the republic of Indonesia Law number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of government regulations in lieu of Law number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection into law.

"The perpetrator is threatened with a minimum imprisonment of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 5,000,000,000,- (five billion rupiah) plus 1/3 (a third) the threat of imprisonment because the perpetrator is the victim's parents. So a maximum of 20 years in prison," he concluded.
