Condolences, Pregnant Health Workers For Hit-and-Run Victims In Gambir Experienced Miscarriage, The Perpetrators Have Been Arrested

JAKARTA - BH (33), a car driver who hit a pregnant woman with a health worker on Jalan Pejambon, Gambir District, Central Jakarta, was arrested by the Central Jakarta Metro Traffic Unit.

"The driver has been secured, he is currently at the Central Jakarta Metro Police," said Head of Central Jakarta Metro Traffic Unit, Kompol Gomos Simamora, Friday, May 17.

Kompol Gomos said that BH was a resident of Brebes who admitted to running away because of panic. The victim of KWT (29) who was carrying a motorbike riding a NYN (30) pregnant woman.

"The victim was taken to the Sumber Waras Hospital. The person concerned is the hospital pharmacist and not the PPSU officer," he said.

Kompol Gomos said the 5-month-old baby fetus could not be saved either. The victim also suffered head injuries.

Meanwhile, KWT, who is NYN's brother, suffered beret wounds to several parts of his body.

"If KWT suffered a beret wound to the leg," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a pregnant woman who served as a health worker (Nakes) became a victim of a hit-and-run on Jalan Pejambon, Gambir District, Central Jakarta. The perpetrator managed to escape. Meanwhile, the victim suffered a severe bleeding.

"The victim is a hospital pharmacist, she is pregnant," said one VOI source.

Gambir Metro Police Chief, Kompol Jamalinus Nababan said his party was still investigating the information.

"We collect information, find out first. No one has reported it yet," said Kompol Jamalinus when confirmed, Thursday, May 16.

Regarding the accident case, continued Kompol Jamalinus, the case was handled by the Central Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit.
