2 Years Of Stalled Rape Case At The South Tangerang Police, Victim's Parents Admit That Their Child Is Depression Likes To Talk To Himself

TANGERANG AF, the father of a rape victim, revealed that his baby had experienced a mental disorder after giving birth to his baby. According to him, his child's condition got worse when the baby he was born to died.

"My son was depressed, lost his memory, likes to talk to himself, suddenly cried," said AF when met by VOI at his home in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang, Tuesday, May 14.

He said the Regional Integrated Service Unit (UPTD) for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA) South Tangerang (Tangsel) came to his son and the Psychologist team to heal his depressed baby.

"My son came with a psychologist to heal my child. Months," he said.

When the MA's condition has improved, his favorite daughter has advanced her learning activities. He hopes that his daughter's case can be followed up completely.

"Alhamdulillah, now it's getting better. Now it's SMK. I hope the perpetrators are responsible and arrested," he concluded.

A minor with the initials MA was allegedly raped by a member of the school committee with the initials H. As a result of the incident, the victim became pregnant and gave birth. The case has been reported by the victim's family to the South Tangerang Police (Tangsel) since 2022, but until the victim gave birth and the baby died, the case just evaporated.

AF, the victim's father, explained that his daughter's rape took place on December 4, 2021. At that time the victim was 15 years old.

The Supreme Court revealed that she was pregnant when AF took her daughter to the hospital.

"So he found out, when my child was taken to the hospital. He bleeding. When checked it turned out to be pregnant, it continued to give birth. But the baby died, he was born," said AF when met by VOI at his home in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang, Tuesday, May 14.

The victim, when asked by her father, admitted that she was raped by H, at her home during tutoring.

"Out of school, he did it at the perpetrator's house. The model is like tutoring," said AF.

Not accepting it, AF also reported the incident to the South Tangerang Police on October 3, 2022.

Until now, AF also hopes to get justice. But unfortunately until now the case has stalled, not running at the South Tangerang Police. AF also felt disappointed, especially since the perpetrators are still on the loose, while his son is currently said to have a mental disorder.

"Hopefully the perpetrators will be arrested soon," hoped AF.
