JAKARTA - The Mayor (Walkot) of Solo and the Elected Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka reluctant to respond to the PDI-P (PDIP) lawsuit against the General Election Commission (KPU) at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding his candidacy in the 2024 presidential election.
Gibran admitted that he was waiting for directions from his partner, Elected President Prabowo Subianto, regarding this matter.

Previously, the Secretary of TKN Prabowo-Gibran, Nusron Wahid, assessed that the PDIP's move to sue the KPU regarding Gibran's candidacy would have no impact on the determination of Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka as President and Vice President elected.
Nusron reminded that there was no other legal process than the Constitutional Court (MK). It is known, the Constitutional Court has decided to reject all lawsuits from the Paslon 01 and 03 camps.
