Facts Of The Trial, Witness Disbursed Monthly Deposits For SYL's Wife Tens Of Millions

JAKARTA - The former Head of the Ministry of Agriculture's Household Subdivision, Isnar Widodo, admitted that he was asked to prepare Rp. 30 million each month. The money is intended as a monthly ration for Syahrul Yasin Limpo's wife or SYL.

Isnar Widodo is one of three witnesses presented in the trial of the alleged extortion and gratification case with the defendants Syahrul Yasin Limpo, Muhammad Hatta, and Kasdi Subagyono.

"In addition to the banquet, what other facilities are given?" asked Chief Judge Rianto Adam Pontoh during a trial at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, April 24.

"Never mind daily money, Your Majesty's monthly money," said Isnar.

"To whom?" asked Judge Rianto.

"monthly money for the Minister," replied Isnar.

Hearing this answer, Judge Rianto continued to explore Isnar's testimony by questioning the figure who asked him to prepare the money.

Isnar said, Panji Harjanto as Syahrul Yasin Limpo's aide asked him to prepare the money.

"Who asked?" asked Judge Rianto.

"The one who asked for Panji," said Isnar.

"How do you ask your brother?" said Judge Rianto.

Answering that question, Isnar actually said that the request for monthly money for Syahrul Yasin Limpo's wife had been going on from 2020 to 2021. The money was given in cash. So for the minister's monthly money, it happened from the beginning of 2020," said Isnar.

"Has there been a monthly statement for the minister that Panji submitted?" asked Judge Rianto.

"Please submit the monthly money," said Isnar.

"Is there an account number?" said Judge Rianto.

"Not an account, we conveyed cash," said Isnar.

Then, Judge Rianto asked about the nominal prepared for Syahrul Yasin Limpo's monthly wife. Isnar said the nominal was different but it ranged from Rp. 25 million to Rp. 30 million.

"Rp. 25 to 30 million," said Isnar.
