Junior High School Students Victims Of Rape And Trade In Tangerang Regency Experience Severe Trauma, Arrears

TANGERANG - A junior high school student with the initials HM (16) who was allegedly raped and sold by her neighbor in Tangerang Regency, has been severely traumatized since she was found to be pregnant.

Titin, the victim's mother, said that her child is still confining himself in the room due to the rape and pregnancy he experienced.

"My son is so far traumatized that he doesn't leave the house. Just in the room. He's afraid to leave since 2023," Titin said when confirmed, Thursday, April 17.

Titin said that her son also did not want to talk to anyone, including his parents. He always cried and was annoyed by what happened to him.

"When asked to cry, he didn't want to talk to me. Crying and angry himself," he said.

Still said Titin, the victim admitted that he was angry with his neighbor, because until now the perpetrators have not been arrested. Even though Nabila and 6 other perpetrators are still in their respective homes.

"The perpetrator is still at home. He locked himself up at home. He didn't want to admit it. Mr. RT was silent, didn't do anything," he said.

Therefore, he hopes that the perpetrators will be arrested soon so that there will be no more similar incidents in his environment.

"My hope is that the perpetrator will be arrested soon. Because he is still at home, he did not run away. He has been absent once, said the police will be forcibly picked up when he is 2-3 times absent from the call," he concluded.

Previously, a junior high school student with the initials HM (16) was suspected of being a victim of sexual intercourse and trafficking with a masher until she was 7 months pregnant.

The victim's nephew, Irwansyah, told that the incident occurred in Tangerang Regency in November 2023.

"Yes, the victim is 7 months pregnant. It is suspected that she became a victim of sexual intercourse with her neighbors and was sold to unknown people. It is suspected that her pimps were on behalf of Nabila and Rendi," said Irwansyah when confirmed, Wednesday, April 17.
