Today's Presidential Election Dispute Session, Prabowo-Gibran Presents Former Deputy Minister Of Law And Human Rights Eddy Hiariej As An Expert

JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court (MK) has again held a follow-up session of the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) case with the agenda of examining witnesses and experts from the Prabowo-Gibran camp who are related parties, today.

At the trial, the Prabowo-Gibran legal team presented 8 experts, one of whom was former Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej or Eddy Hiariej.

"This morning until the end of our trial agenda for the trial with the agenda of examining experts and witnesses submitted by related parties," said the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Suhartoyo during the trial, Thursday, April 4.

The experts presented by the Prabowo-Gibran camp include Professor of Constitutional Sciences at Pakuan University, Andi muhammad Asrun; Law expert, Abdul Khair Ramadhan; Professor of the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University, Aminuddin Ilmar; and constitutional law expert Margarito Thursday.

Then, the Dean of the Faculty of Management of the IPDN Government, Khalil khairi; Professor of Criminal Law at Gadjah Mada University and former Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights, Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej, Founder of the Cyrus Network survey institute, Hasan Hasbi; and Executive Director of Indo Baroemeter, Muhammad Qodari.

As for the witnesses, there were six people presented, Chairman of Commission II of the House of Representatives Ahmad Doli Kurnia; Deputy Chairman of Commission VIII of the House of Representatives Ace Hasan Syadzily; Gani Muhammad; Andi Bataralifu; Tanjung Suprianto; and Abdul Wahid.
