PDIP Plans To File A Lawsuit To The Administrative Court On Election Fraud

The PDI-P (PDIP) plans to file a lawsuit to the State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding the cheating of the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres). The study is still being carried out so that the evidence can be carried out optimally.

"This is being discussed again, it is being discussed about the material of our lawsuit in the Administrative Court," said PDIP DPP Chairman Djarot Saiful Hidayat at a press conference at the TPN Media Center Ganjar-Mahfud MD, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, April 1.

Djarot said the discourse of suing in the Administrative Court was not aimed at canceling the results of the 2024 presidential election. The party bearing the bull symbol wants fraud to no longer occur, especially in the regional head election (pilkada).

"So to the Administrative Court in that context, to seek justice and so that the implementation of elections, the weaknesses that we feel, we see these various deviations, will no longer occur in the upcoming elections. Especially the closest ones are the 2024 Pilkada," he said.

"This is part of our correction," continued the member of the DPR.

"The discourse on filing this lawsuit is PDIP's attitude," said Djarot. However, other parties are welcome if they want to follow in their footsteps.

"If other parties (want to participate in submitting, ed), yes, go ahead. This is our autonomy, right," he said.

"We have discussed it inside and we need to be able to sue the Administrative Court. If we leave the other party to the party concerned," concluded Djarot.
